Low key postal talks resume without breakthrough
Washington (UPI) labor negotiators resumed low key negotiations for the nations 600000 postal workers with federal mediators as four unions faced contracts expiring at midnight Sunday. James H Rademacher president of the National Association of Letter Carriers said a settlement by midnight Saturday was possible and warned against any wildcat action while noting movement from a stalemate.
