M and M Club Heist Suspect Arraigned In Fremont
Pal Yearby 22 of Oakland was arraigned in Fremont Municipal Court on armed robbery charges for the July 19 hold up of the M and M Club in Newark. Yearby, held on 20000 bail, was arrested in Oakland on a Fremont warrant. He faces counsel and plea tomorrow as one of three men who took about 200 dollars from the cash register after forcing four people to lie on the floor. The bar is run by the widow of Vincent Sutezich, murdered outside his Oakland home November 1966. Detective Prows says Yearby was identified from a mug file. Other suspects remain in Contra Costa County for similar charges awaiting trial.
