Oldest bricklayer in Chicago Area Aims for Work Longevity
The 87 year old bricklayer, known as OO Johnson, has trained in Sweden and has laid bricks since youth. He still works daily, enjoys stories, and uses a tape recorder between building indoor and outdoor fireplaces for daughter Mrs. John Anderson in Northbrook. He drives fast on expressways, loves Perry Mason, and plans a trip to Sweden to visit relatives.
