Massey Wilson of Clarke county is the Democratic nominee for Alabama attorney general. In the second primary held Monday he led Alex M. Garber by an estimated 2000 to 2500 votes. County execs were to canvass returns, but four counties lacked a quorum and official counts were postponed to Saturday. Telegraphs report votes from 51 counties and eight more counties' majorities. Choctaw Marshall and Winston counties provided no returns.
