Musgrove Killed in Eastbound Freight Train Accident
Birmingham railway brakeman W I Musgrove died after being struck by protruding timbers as he boarded a moving eastbound freight at the Oxford coal chute. Doctors arrived but he died. his body was sent to Birmingham for burial. He was alleged relative of former U S marshal B Masgrove of the northern Alabama district.
