Special to the Star New York March 28 Harry K Thaw grumbles over trial delay caused by a lunacy commission and worries about Evelyn who is strained. The DA expresses confidence the panel will deem Thaw unsound minded. The first meeting was held this afternoon Dr Britton D Evans visiting Thaw and urging his appearance before the panel. Hartridge says Thaw will testify before the commission Jerome plans to block cross examination if possible, otherwise he will treat Thaw as a regular witness.

State Educators In Session Today At Alabama Meet
Mobile March 28 Indications are that attendance records will be broken at the 26th annual session of the Alabama educational associations which opened this afternoon. Mayor Lyons and others welcomed the group. City Superintendent J H Phillips delivered the response. James H Foster of Tuscaloosa, president, gave the annual address followed by State Superintendent H C Gunnels. An address by James B Aswell of Louisiana on public school leadership capped the open meeting.
