Montgomery July 13 Special W EK Daniel who killed William Ganaway at Wy lam Jefferson county years ago was granted a parole by Governor Henderson to care for his family and his brother's family facing hardship. Daniel convicted of manslaughter served about two years. One protest filed by the assistant solicitor. Other convicts named include Cap Stramler ten months and twenty days for violation of prohibition laws Jake Wakler assault with intent to murder Holt and Redas Scruggs perjury two years.
