Gin Fire Destroys Alexandria Mill Worth 85000

The large gin owned by Mr. Tom Adderholt at Alexandria burned down at twelve last night. It was among the county’s biggest facilities, valued around 85000 with unclear insurance. Adderholt and his brother were at work there yesterday preparing for the fall cotton crop. The cause is unknown and the owner learned of the loss this morning. Local report came to Anniston via Mr. T. J. Haley.
