West Union youth Billy Lorimer darted after a ball and ran into a car driven by teen Clarence Bishop. The vehicle was under control and stopped instantly. Billy was knocked down and bruised but not seriously harmed.
A water heater exploded in the Ed Chizek residence last week, tearing up the kitchen floor and ripping cupboards from the walls. Mrs. Chizek, tending her infant, stood only a few feet away as debris fell, but no injuries were reported. SeMent at Trago.
