Louie Fiero and Miss Marguerite Calkins were married in Omaha on Thursday May 10 1917. Marguerite is daughter of Ed P Calkins of Minneapolis and niece of Mrs J A Wagner, a former Anita resident. Edits note Mrs Gardner and others visited RECORD office while Ft Snelling army training awaited. Mother M J Saunders return from Denver with daughter Mrs Wm Duthie. Saunders celebrated eightieth birthday with family nearby in Colorado and Anita.
