Albert W. Chester of Berea died Tuesday night after a week's pneumonia illness. He was 30 years old. Funeral services will be held Thursday at his home with interment in Massena cemetery. He is survived by his wife, mother, sister, and other relatives. Obituary next week.

Anita Young Lady Wins In Inter-County Decamitory Contest
The thirteenth annual Inter-County Decamitory contest held at Tabor College Congregational church on a Friday in March featured 29 participants from 15 towns competing in oratorical dramatic and humorous divisions. Edna Burdette Curey daughter of Mr and Mrs S B Curey won first place in the humorous class performing 681 Smith with Anita, Red Oak, and Carson taking second and third respectively.
