The June wedding united Miss Clara Stager once of Anita with Mr. Paul Heires in a single ring ceremony at Saints Peter and Paul church. Rev Bernard Kocher officiated, Sister Agnetis played the wedding march, and a three course breakfast followed at the bride’s sister Mrs Alfred Becker’s home. The couple will reside in Carroll after a brief honeymoon trip to Minneapolis.

Death of Frank P. Bradley Prominent Audubon Politician
Frank P. Bradley an Audubon county Democrat and longtime resident of Audubon died in Topeka Kansas on June 17 after an operation. He left a wife and two sons Judge C C Bradley of Le Mars and Lorenzo of Topeka. He was about 70 and had served as U S marshal for the southern district of Iowa. His passing grieves many older Audubon residents who recall his years in public service and twenty years residence in Topeka.
