In Austin Texas the University of Texas Commons checkroom extended privileges to a mother who wished to deposit her infant while she ate. Gurney McCasland, a Jefferson student checkroom monitor, kept calm and placed the baby on a shelf, tagging it and acting as nursemaid until the parent returned.

Zoning Ordinance Proposed for City Drilling Plan
