Name Change Sought by Kansas City Mayor's Son
Graham Williams Wheeler, 20, son of Kansas City Mayor Charles B. Wheeler, petitioned Jackson County Circuit Court to remove Wheeler from his name and be known as Graham Williams. He cites constant inquiries about relation to the mayor as causing annoyance and embarrassment. Mayor Wheeler said the issue is personal to his son and noted he had discussed it before.
