ROCHESTER AP Dolly Parton faces a $375,000 lawsuit from Packaged Country Music Inc alleging she failed to appear at 13 U S and Canadian concerts staged in late 1976. The case was ordered to arbitration by U S federal Judge Harold P Burke while Parton’s Los Angeles representatives denied knowledge of the suit.
