Indiana appellate court rules pre trial examination of an adverse party admissible at the option of the party taking the examination. The decision reverses Vigo County Circuit Court which had awarded $60,000 to Eva Fay Barnett as administratrix of William Barnett's estate in a May 1965 crash case involving Vigo Cooperative Milk Marketing Co. Meredity Glenn Lee testified while hospitalized. the ruling remands to the lower court. Judge Allen Sharp dissented.
