Willard receives 15 year term in federal transport case

Howard R. Willard 38 of Mooresville was given a 10 year sentence for interstate transport of stolen money and a five year term for conspiracy related to the robbery and slaying of Indianapolis widow Marjorie Jackson. The judge refused concurrent sentencing with his life term from state charges.
