Gunman Still Holds 21 Hostages At Subic Bank
A Filipino gunman seized 21 people, including a pregnant woman, in a pitch black Prudential Bank at Subic Bay on Tuesday. He demanded a helicopter to escape, while authorities refused to provide food and repeatedly moved hostages away from a rotor-warned arrival. Marines and local police surrounded the bank as negotiations continued with no surrender.
