Madison Heights High School band director James Patton, 40, was in serious to critical condition in intensive care at Indiana University Medical Center after a two car crash near Huntsville. Four in mall shoplifting ring nabbed in Indiana
Four suspects were observed as their vehicle entered Mounds Mall and were followed by Officer McCorkle from the parking lot into the shopping center. They stayed about 142 hours before a stop at Third Street and the Indiana 103 bypass.
