Lyndy's Motel torn down for Anaheim Express Carwash
The former Lyndy's Motel on Beach Boulevard in West Anaheim is being demolished this week by developer Jeremy Levine and partners after selling for 3 million dollars. Once opened in 1961 with 28 rooms, the site was a long time trouble spot with frequent police calls leading to its sale and planned redevelopment into a state of the art carwash amid high traffic and density.
