Anaheim plans three major traffic initiatives next year funded by OCTA. Katella Avenue from Ninth to Jean Street gets 3.061 million, Humor Drive to Jean Street 508 thousand, and Imperial Highway Smart Street from Santa Ana Canyon Road to Orangethorpe Avenue 1.778 million. Additional Measure M work covers Lincoln Brookhurst 87 thousand, Lincoln State College 986 thousand, State College Ball 1.998 million, Ball Harbor 28.9 thousand, Lincoln Sunkist 18.7 thousand, and signal upgrades on Imperial Highway 250 thousand plus State College corridor segments totaling 321 thousand.
