Placentia signal repaired after faulty camera blamed
Placentia traffic light at Van Buren Street and Orangethorpe Avenue is fixed after a malfunctioning camera caused the signal to favor Van Buren. City traffic engineer Rusty Beardsley says the camera misdetection made the light stay red for Orangethorpe even with no cars. Repairs were sent to the manufacturer and should return later this month.
