One of Pair of Bandits Arrested in Denver
Denver May. Arrested one of the pair of bandits who held up the Chautauqua State bank of Chautauqua Wan on April 17 and looted 78,000. William Tenant alleged to have connived with the other. Capt Loomis and detectives traced him to Jerome Park near Mrs Sarat I. Sturgeon where he had been hiding for about two weeks. His arrest and alleged confession reached the police as he faced extradition from Kansas. Tenant rode to Denver on a horse and tried to evade the posse.

No trace of the partner survived.
