The market remains dull with few changes as traders monitor political developments and corporate earnings. Copper, steel, and railroad shares show limited movement while analysts suggest a cautious stance ahead of potential market catalysts.
The Milwaukee Field Extraction Company reorganized after litigation, electing a new directorate and officers. O. Dwight was elected president, W. E. Buselinjat vice president, with T. V. George Thompson, who came to Butte from elsewhere years ago, died at his sister Miss Alfre Thompson's home at 231 South Main Street. He was 66 and survived by a son, two daughters, a sister, two nephews, and two brothers. Funeral arrangements will be announced.
