Benny Jones Dolores told the court he tried to mediate the quarrel between George and Nora Lucas. He was fined 50 dollars after police found a long knife. Mr and Mrs Lucas were fined 25 dollars each. All were jailed as the session adjourned. Four bootleggers forfeited bonds of 150 dollars each.

Iopfman Injured In Fall At Sea Leads To San Francisco Hospital
Iopfman, longtime Butte resident and former Po News stand worker, was injured after slipping on a boat. He underwent surgery at the Marine hospital in San Francisco several days ago. He had left Butte to join the steamship West Conod bound for New Zealand, the South Sea Islands and the Philippines. In a letter to John Sharkey he asks Butte friends to write him at the Marine hospital.
