William Hancock seeks a divorce from Mabel Hancock alleging she committed adultery with F B S McCall in Helena and Livingston between late February and early March. Mabel was convicted of bigamy at Helena during the March term and is serving three months. Edouard Berthemet vs Thomas Conway and others on the Atlantic lode claim ended with Conway winning. Coram, 48, heads multiple mining and copper firms and recently endowed Bates College library. The couple plans a Yellowstone tour before Europe.
