Well-Bred Stranger Arrested for Grand Larceny in Red Lodge

A well dressed stranger named A. G. Clarke, posing as a cattle buyer for Missouri River Cattle Co, was arrested in Red Lodge for grand larceny and forgery spanning Dakota to Montana. He spent the night in jail and is to be taken to Miles City to answer theft charges. authorities also seek him in Glendive and Dickinson.
