Off duty Anaconda policeman Peter Kineen, intoxicated, fired twice into a crowd near Austrian hall injuring 15 year old Willie Klusmann. Kineen, who had prior incidents, was disarmed by Officer Smolz and jailed. Witnesses say he was drunk and fired while standing. Klusmann’s wound is painful but not life threatening.
