Basin Bay State litigation shows Glass Bros oppose mortgage
Affidavits by A J and James Glass reveal Glass Bros large creditors challenging a 306000 mortgage on Basin Bay State Mining property. They allege improper trustee meetings outside Montana, improper bond issues beyond by law limits, and coercion of stockholders to back the loan. They claim trustees acted without authority and threaten to hold them personally liable.
