Mrs Stafford denies cruelty and alleges her husband Rollin Stafford deserted her. She seeks alimony and custody of their children while he has filed for divorce. The case, filed in Chicago, lists five to seven years of marriage with multiple children and claims of quarrelsome conduct by the husband.
