The Soldier's Relief Commission report was filed and J A Fitchpatrick appointed to a three year term. A three percent tax on Nevada township and Nevada city assessable value was levied for the Duluth and New Orleans Railway, due in two installments with conditions. Adjourned to 9 a.m. Friday September 7, 1900, to meet again and appoint election boards for the November 6, 1900 election in Story county.
