In Story County Iowa January Term 1909 Briley and Tripp petition the court for seven hundred eighty dollars with interest from July 1 1907 for work performed at Kepners request on the Fort Dodge Des Moines and Southern railway bed. Garnishment has been attached against the railway company as debtor. If Kepner does not appear by noon January 11 1909 a default will be entered and judgment rendered. Attorneys McCarthy and Luke represent the plaintiff.
