Ames men Talbott Smith and Abrams hunted from November 6 to 26 near Solon Springs Wisconsin. Talbott and Smith each killed two deer while Abrams contributed one solo and assisted another. They endured tough conditions including deep snow and dense underbrush and praised host Peter Birch for hospitality.
