Club and Social Events Schedule Noted
The 500 club will meet Monday with Mrs. W. P. McDonald. The Harmony club was entertained Friday by Mrs. Clyde Williams. The Neewollah club meets next Wednesday with Mrs. Chris Sorenson. A pupils recital is set for Tuesday April 25 at Ag hall at 8 pm. Mrs. Hart Briggs was surprised by the Kappa Zeta girls last Thursday. The Chi Chi club met Monday with Miss Bessie Griffith. Miss Ella Mitchell was initiated into the club. The Y W C A will entertain at Alumni hall Saturday for honorary members. Mrs. S. W. Pickett’s pupils give recitals in the library Saturday and next Monday. The Fourth Ward Civic Improvement Society meets Wednesday at 3 pm with Mrs. H. W. Squires on Pike Ave. A birthday surprise was held for Mrs. Theron Bates with about forty friends present.

Country Cosmopolitan Club Social and Week’s Events
The Country Cosmopolitan club met at Daniel Zumwalt home with a brief business start then social time featuring ice cream and cake. Guests included Rev and Mrs Minchin and daughter. Next gathering set for April 25 at W F Templeton home and Congregational Choir will perform next Sunday April 23 with a morning service at 11 and an 7:30 p m evening service.
