Fire At Siegen Parsonage and Church Destroyed
This morning about eight o'clock a blaze gutted the Baptist parsonage and the adjacent church at Siegen. The parsonage, unoccupied for months, and the church were lost though the organ, carpets, and seats from the church were saved. Rev. Vases, recently called from Spartanburg, would have begun duties soon. Insurance stood at 6000 for the parsonage and 2000 for the church. The fire was likely incendiary.
