Chase by a Mad Mule in Borarta Aug 26
A well known tanner Mr Doughtie rode out to inspect a mule when another mule attacked. The infuriated beast dragged, bit and chased him through woods and a clear, finally striking the fence post and collapsing. The angry animal was killed by its owner after the attack. The incident ends with a note it was likely inspired by a mad dog bite theory.
