Extension plan eyed for two river bridge routes from Louvale

Mr. Hardaway, an engineer, with assistants, surveyed two potential river routes from Louvale to the Chattahoochee last Monday morning. One route would reach Banks landing about seven miles away, the other Fitzgeralds landing about twelve miles distant. Both sites could serve a bridge or freight landing. The A P and L will seek a good river point. a bold project akin to a boy hunting chinquapins. The “baby road” grows with support, needs water at both ends, and will keep moving toward rural interconnection. Rev John Jasper urged sun movement and we echo that the A P and L will advance with the sun toward a steel link between seaboard and interior.
