Methodist church building fund reaches $90,000 with four $10,000 gifts

A large fund drive at the Windsor hotel raised $90,000 for the First Methodist church building fund as four men donated $10,000 each and two others gave $5,000. Cotton Moving Early Market Reaches 4500 Bales

The local cotton market shows 300 to 4000 bales in hand over the past two days as cotton moves in. By Friday about 4500 bales have been placed on the market with prices near 22 cents, though the market had broken and had not recovered by today.
