Douglas Georgia October 17 indictments charging murder over the death of John A. Rogers were returned against his brother L S Rogers and the dead man's wife now in Florida with her brother in law. The body was dug up on a West Green farm and identified by gold teeth after a confession to a friend. The couple are held in Avon Park Florida for return to Georgia to face trial.
