John Moore, assistant state entomologist, died here today from burns suffered Wednesday. He served with the Georgia Board of Entomology for about a year after being secured from Porto Rico where he was entomologist. Previously he worked with the federal bureau of entomology in Texas and graduated from Dartmouth and Harvard. Born in Colorado, he conducted field work and studied thousands of insects during his tenure.
