NEW BRUNSWICK N J Oct 9 Clifford Kayes 19 admirer of Pearl Bahmer found the bodies of her Edward Hall and Mrs Mills was arrested and charged with first degree murder in the slayings Ray Schneider who with the Bahmer girl witnessed the events claimed the double killing resulted from mistaken identity He said Hayes trailed the man with the Bahmer girl and opened fire while they were under a crab apple tree
