Yacht Mosquito Sinks Near Frying Pan Shoals
The sixty foot yacht Mosquito owned by D. B. Roberts of Hartford Connecticut sank in five feet of water at Frying Pan Shoals Saturday night after rough seas. Skipper and one assistant were rescued by Cape Fear Life Guard Station crew.

Noel Sentenced to Die for Kidnapping and Murder
