Paris November 18 Joseph Caillux former French minister was today granted amnesty by the French senate in a vote of 96 to 104. He had been convicted in 1918 of hindering the prosecution of the war.
Washington reports a striking parallel between Henry Cabot Lodge and Woodrow Wilson as both leaders fell to brain lesions.
