Richard 8. Molineux on Trial for Murder
The People v Roland B Molineux began in general sessions with allegations he sent poison via mail to Harry Cornish, a Knickerbocker Athletic Club instructor, in a dispute over club control. Cornish allegedly gave poison to Mrs Adams or Eva Rogers, causing Kate Adams to die from cyanide or mercury poisoning. The prosecution paused charges on Barnett and discussed transfer to supreme court as defense pressed for that route.
