Solicitor General Boykin asked the grand jury for a murder indictment against Fox. At the prisoner's tone his wife was prostrated and unable to see newspaper men. Two White Men Held On Burglary Charge in Macon
William King and Tony Murphy, sought in Chattanooga for burglary of a clothing store, were arrested on Poplar Street by city detectives and turned over to City Detective Frank Burns.
