Dr J H Acton pastor of the Unitarian church preached at the University of Washington, painting a dire vision of world affairs and prophesying a forthcoming revolution in America. He warned that constitutional changes would come through intelligent decision and a tempest of upheaval, urged as a necessity.

Reports show 185 students across seminaries with a recommendation to record their work. Also noted are a justice’s ruling on Bannock rights and the death of Dr O P Frost, Dartmouth Medical College dean. The U S Supreme Court adjourned until October.
