Fifty-One Farmers Get On Payroll At Creamery Here
Fifty one farmers joined Americus new payroll Tuesday and today producing 360 pounds of butter in the initial run. Mrs Charles M Council received the first pound presented by Manager I E Wilson. First butter made under Wilson and state dairy inspector Henry F Branham supervision. Branham called the plant one of the cleanest and best equipped among twenty Georgia creameries on his rounds.
