Twelve Jurors Seated to Try Dr Hinkle Case Today
Twelve jurors are chosen from two panels for the trial of Dr J B Hinkle for the Worsham killing. The morning session focused on jury selection with eight from the first panel and four from the second. The jury includes W A Hogue mechanic Ed S Herper farmer E O Webb farmer Batts farmer J B Batt farmer J D Martin farmer R E Mano Jr farmer Rufus A Smith farmer I A B Bagjey farmer T G Anderson and J E Hodges. E A Brown is the final juror. Witnesses begin later. John White the boy who drove the buggy appears among 114 witnesses. Dr Prather moves to Americus, with letters of introduction from notable figures.
