MOULTAIR Feb 10 Roy Black and Mrs Jeanie Tyndall are jailed on a charge by Jim Tyndall claiming to be the woman's husband. They were nabbed crossing into Cook County while attempting to escape after learning a warrant was issued. Tyndall says she eloped with Black while he served in Worth county. She says she married Black recently. he says he bought a license six months ago. Black has a wife and three children near Ashburn. Mrs Tyndall is about 24 and Black about 30. Jos Hixon’s wife returned from a Miami trip with their son James Hawkins.
