Columbus report to city commission names S. C. Stewart as fire inspector. The first department logged fifty six alarms in the last months, with total loss at two thousand seven hundred seventy seven dollars and eleven cents. Uninsured loss stood at twenty seven hundred fifty seven dollars and sixty one cents, totaling nineteen dollars and fifty cents.
